Joanna is a member of The Sussex Guild and works from her studio at home and part time from Mettle Studios in Angmering, West Sussex.
Influenced by botanical and other natural forms, Joanna's designs are a response to patterns, shapes and textures observed first hand in nature.
Crafted to a high standard, subtle textures are applied to sheet metal using etching, hammered and roller press techniques, before it is manipulated using traditional silversmiths tools. Further creative and experimental approaches to processes and techniques, combining pearls and semi precious beads allows Joanna to create jewellery with unique characteristics, giving the wearer something beautiful to truly treasure.
